About this category
Women-Led Customer Service Business of the Year celebrates a customer service, contact centre or customer experience business led by women that looks after other companies’ customers as if they were its own. Judges look for a business that has grown, delivered outstanding results for its clients and built a team and culture others admire, with women leading the way at the top.
Eligibility
- Open to businesses majority owned or led by women (a woman founder, CEO, managing director or managing partner)
- The business must be a customer service, contact centre or customer experience business serving clients or customers
- Any size of business, trading for at least one year
Judging criteria
- Growth: revenue, clients and market position over the last one to three years
- Client results: outcomes delivered and satisfaction
- Leadership and culture: how the business is led and how its team is developed
- Standing: expertise, accreditations and reputation in its field
Qualitative criteria
- Visionary, confident leadership
- Strong values and integrity
- Commitment to clients and quality
- Champions opportunity for other women
Metrics
- Customer satisfaction and service levels achieved
- Client growth and retention
- Team size, training and quality measures
- Team growth and women in leadership roles
Additional criteria
- Must have been trading for at least 12 months
- Financial information is treated in confidence
- Client testimonials strengthen an entry
