Eligibility

- Must have led or significantly contributed to major projects, designs, or operational success
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field
Judging criteria

- Contributions to industry standards or technical education
Metrics
- Number or value of completed projects
- Time, cost, and resource efficiency stats

Additional criteria
- Open to professionals in public or private sectors, including consultancy and government projects
- Can include construction management, safety engineering, or technical operations roles
- Self-nominations must include project portfolios or client references
