She may be a developer, agent, surveyor, architect, engineer, site manager or business owner. Judges look for professional excellence, the projects she has delivered and how she is helping to change the industry for the women who follow.
Eligibility
- Open to women-identifying individuals in property, construction, housing or the built environment
- Agents, developers, surveyors, architects, engineers, trades and managers are eligible
- Employed, self-employed and business owners may all enter
Judging criteria
- Projects: the quality, scale and success of work delivered
- Professional excellence: expertise, standards and client results
- Leadership: teams, sites or businesses led
- Changing the industry: encouraging diversity and opportunity
Qualitative criteria
- Expert knowledge and high standards
- Strong on delivery and problem solving
- Confidence in a male-dominated field
- Supportive of other women in the industry
Metrics
- Projects completed, sales or lettings achieved
- Value or scale of developments delivered
- Client satisfaction and repeat business
- Teams led and people trained
Additional criteria
- Achievements should fall mainly within the last three years
