The Team of the Year Award recognises a team, in any department and any sector, whose combined effort delivered outstanding results this year.
It celebrates the way the team works: shared goals, support for each other and results that speak for themselves.
Eligibility
Open to teams of any size, in any department and sector, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
Judging criteria
Entries are judged on results achieved, teamwork and collaboration, the challenges overcome and the difference the team made to the organisation.
Qualitative criteria
- How the team works together
- Challenges faced and how they were met
- Each member's part in the result

- Results against targets
