Women Networker of the Year honours a woman who is brilliant at bringing people together. Through events, introductions, groups or online communities she creates connections that turn into partnerships, clients, jobs and friendships. Judges look for the strength of the networks she has built and the opportunities they have created for others.

- Open to women-identifying individuals in any sector or role
- Network founders, event organisers, community builders and connectors are eligible
- Must be able to evidence the communities or connections she has created
Judging criteria
- Community building: networks, groups or events she has created or grown
- Value created: business, jobs or collaborations that came from her connections
- Generosity: introductions and support given without expectation
- Reputation: how she is regarded by the people in her networks
Qualitative criteria
- Warm, approachable and trusted
- Generous with contacts and time
- Excellent communicator
- Brings diverse people together
Metrics
- Members, attendees or followers of her networks
- Events run and attendance
- Partnerships, deals or hires resulting from introductions
- Testimonials from people she has connected
Additional criteria
- Achievements should fall mainly within the last three years
