The Leadership Coach of the Year Award recognises a coach who develops leaders at every level, from new managers to senior teams.
The judges look for leaders who grew under their coaching and the results that followed for their teams.
Eligibility
Open to leadership coaches, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
Judging criteria
- Entries are judged on the development of the leaders coached
- Measurable outcomes
- Testimonials and the quality of the coaching approach
Qualitative criteria
- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered
- How they work with others
- What people say about them
Metrics
- Results delivered this year
- People or clients helped
- Recognition already received
Additional criteria
- Include examples of the work
- The results in figures where possible and a word from a client
- Colleague or mentee
