- Open to women-identifying individuals working in or with technology

- Achievement: products, projects or results she has delivered
- Inspiration: mentoring, community building or outreach in tech
- Inclusion: efforts to make tech more welcoming and diverse
- Impact: difference made to users, teams or the wider industry

- Technical or commercial excellence
- Generous with knowledge
